What Causes ED|Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a condition where you are unable to maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. This phenomenon is a common age-related problem, and  the  occurrence increases with ages.

It is estimated that  around 35%  incidence of ED  prevalence  in middle-aged men and rising to over 75% in elderly men. However, common causes of Ed  and  report comes from the men with diabetes, almost up to 90%.

However, Ed causes can  come from psychological problems, such as  anxiety or depression.  It can also be affected by stress, such  as relationship complications, financial worries or problem at work.

If the problem continues over a period of months or years, then it is probably a physical ailment, but if it only occurs spontaneously overnight or in the morning then it may be a psychological problem.

Adopting a new lifestyle can be hard as it is developed  from the course of time.  But it doesn’t mean it’s not possible, it simply means it needed an effort from your part, as there is no single best way that works for all people.

According to research, the food you eat has a direct impact with your erectile dysfunction problem. This means it is important to eat a balanced diet. Include rich food such as fruit, veggies, whole grains and fish in your diet.  Lessening the red meat and refined grains are necessary in order to improve your ED condition.

It is worthwhile to note that a healthy balanced diet will not only  improve your ED conditions but overall it will maintain a healthy body weight, as obesity increases the risk of heart diseases and diabetes which contribute a great risk to ED.
