You may be wondering why these three factors play an important role in reversing your diabetes.  To answer this question, we initially need to know why you get diabetes in the first place.

Diabetes occurred when there is lots of glucose or sugar in your body. The body is intended to process sugar that is converted into energy. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without an assistant of the insulin, which is a hormone produced by the pancreas. The person who has diabetes, their body cannot produce enough insulin or isn’t making any insulin. As in this case, a lot of sugar stays in the blood, and when this happens, it can lead to a serious problem.

If you can able to wipe out the fat by adopting a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising and limiting carbohydrates and alcohol then you can drop your sugar blood level or even to the  normal range.

Exercise devours those calories stored in your body as starch and it improves your blood circulation, it maintains a healthy body weight and prevents weight gain that contributes to the risk of diabetes.

Most importantly, exercise helps your health overall, It reduces the risk of vascular disease, lower the blood pressure and enhance your cardiovascular conditioning.

Proper Diet

The proper diet for diabetes is a diet which includes well-balanced food, comprising a right combination of healthy carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

In order to understand how different food can affect your diabetes, you need to know the healthy choices of food group. Carbohydrates, which are obtained in grains, bread, sweet fruits or any starchy vegetables, are broken down in the blood than other kinds of food, which increases the blood sugar levels.

Although protein does not have a direct impact on your blood sugar, it is important that you take in moderation.

One of the most important factors to prevent type 2 diabetes is calorie counting, if the intake of your calories exceeds the usage, then the excess of calories will convert into fat.  This is the reason why a diet that matches calories intakes with output is the key to avoids  the overweight and obesity that has a great impact on developing diabetes.
