Okra is called a super food, a magical plant, and a therapeutic vegetable because it has the ability to cure many sicknesses and diseases.

Take two pieces of okra and remove both the ends of each piece and Soak it in a clean cup of water and left it overnight and filter its solution the next morning and drink it. How to select the perfect Okra

Look for the firm, the one with a rich green color and avoid those with over ripen, sunken appearance and discolored spots. The bigger they are the tougher they are, around 7-10cm is best.

Use them when they are fresh to obtain the full benefits of vitamin and antioxidants.
