Hair Oil Massage  

One of the best ways to reduce your hair fall naturally is to massage your scalp with right hair oil. An appropriate oil massage can help improve the blood circulation to the hair follicles and improve the strength of your hair roots. Appropriate massage can reduce your stress as well.

Depending on the types of your hair, you can choose hair oil accordingly. If you have a thin hair, you may use Jojoba, coconut, sunflower or evening primrose.

And if you have a dry or rough hair, you may use olive oil, sesame or avocado oil.

Tips:

Pour some oil into your hand and massage your scalp gently using your fingertips, applying the oil all over the scalp.  The longer you leave selected oil on your hair, the more effective it will be. So keep it on for at least 30 minutes.

After a desired length of time, you can gently wash out the oil

Onion juice

Onion juice may not sound appealing to you, however, it has enough evident that onion juice has been a successful treatment for avoiding hair loss and other related problems such as dandruff, fungal infection, and even yeast infections.

The presence of the sulfur in onions enables to serve as a building block of the hair.  Sulfur increases the blood circulation to the scalp and improves the production of collagen tissues which is important for the growth of hair.

Most importantly sulfur presence in the onion has amazing bacterial properties which prevent the growth of fungi and bacteria on the scalp, which shield your hair from losing due to these infections.

Tips:

Peel the needed number of onions, according to the size of your hair and chop them into small pieces. To extract the juice you either use foods processor or a blender.  You can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey to the solution. Apply gently to your scalp and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
