7. Drink lots of water

The best way to permanently do away with bad breath is to drink lots of water.

Drink sufficient amount of water (say six to eight glasses) daily to avoid dry mouth.

Drinking water will help increase saliva in your dry mouth. Saliva is the best to wash away and kill bacteria.

8. Eat a piece of sugarless candy or chew sugarless gum

If you noticed having a dry mouth, take a piece of sugarless candy or chewing sugarless gum to regulate the flow of saliva.
