Sit up:

A sit-ups, work out is one of the best ways to tone and build 6 pack abs, it not only help you to obtain  six pack  but it also strengthens the hip flexor  and a muscle as well, without the need of any special equipment.

Instruction:

Lie on the floor, placing your feet on something that will  not move or have someone hold your feet down, your knees up and hands crossed on your chest behind the head and the knees bent. Sit up, lifting your lower back off the floor along with your shoulder, Exhale when executing this part of the exercise. And Inhale  slowly when you lower yourself and contact with the floor. Try to keep your abdominal muscles constricted throughout the downward phase of the movement.

Leg Raises

The leg raises especially focus the lower abdomen and your hip flexors, and  most of the experts believe that no workout regimen is complete without the leg raise. Performing the correct leg raise can reduce the risk of back injuries, back strain. This exercise will also increase the flexibility and strength.

Instruction:

Lie down on the floor or an exercise mat with your legs stretches out, assure to place your hand down flat on the ground near your sides, with your palms down.
