Gently brush from the bottom of your feet to your shoulder, covering the whole surface of your reachable skin. Try to focus more on the areas that have the most cellulite.

Use light pressure in areas where the skin is very thin and harder wrinkled, you can harder pressure on places like the soles of the feet.

Avoid dry brushing on the areas of skin rash, wounds, and infections or anywhere the skin is broken.

Finish up with your regular shower, washing away the dead skin cells and impurities.
